· Will CityVoice work with 911 or other emergency numbers?
The CityVoice service will not work with emergency numbers. Since CityVoice is an internet based service, there is no way to locate the source of the call. However, as long as you have your regular phone line connected to your VoIP box, simply dialing 911 or the appropriate emergency number will send the call through. For this reason, we highly recommend having a regular phone line connected to your VoIP box, even if you do not intend to use it very often.
· How do I use CityVoice with my current phone?
To use the CityVoice network, first dial pound (#), then the country, long distance and area codes which apply to the number. To call another CityVoice subscriber, dial # followed by the number for that subscriber. A CityVoice number will start with an 8 and have five digits after it, resulting in "8XX-XXX".

Likewise, the recipient's voice data is converted and sent to you via VoIP where the data is converted back into voice data, all in the blink of an eye with amazing clarity.

· What happens if I discover CityVoice is not for me?
If you decide the service is not for you, you may return your VoIP box to CityVoice. You will only be charged for the calls you have made on the service. If you choose to disconnect from the CityVoice service, you will not be charged any extra fees for disconnecting.
