Our facility is enabled with multiple OC-48’s and many redundant pathways to the Internet. Our carriers and connections are all Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers. We also have relationships with the premier International carriers based in the most important International markets, including, London, Hong Kong and more.

Our Technology:

Our switches and LCR services allow CityVoice to provide multi optical connections to diverse carriers providing high availability and high capacity service over the Internet.We provide connectivity over a multi layer proprietary platform. We can terminate both TDM and SIP traffic and uniquely send it to it’s final destination over Tier 1 carriers via TDM if need be. CityVoice can provide specific termination services over SIP or TDM. We work with multiple technologies, H323, G729 and G711.

By utilizing CityVoices technology all rates and services are guaranteed. Even when one route closes or calls don’t complete our technology will re-route and complete the calls.
If need be CityVoice will provide customers switches in our facility or theirs that will help complete our service.

We do not require a minimum usage guarantee. Our rates are based on commited minutes however there is no penalty for not meeting these minutes or by leaving our service.

Our mantra is simple and to the point – If we provide your customers with an agreed upon rate and the quality that you and your customer demand, then we have earned your business. If not then we understand that unless any issues can be resolved your customer’s will have no obligation to continue to do business with us.
